Amazing place. Amazing friendly staff. Arrived at 6pm after a horrendous journey due to weather and Friday evening traffic, to be greeted at the gate by a lovely guy who got us an awesome pitch. Once the camper was set up we revisited the reception and had a good chat with all the staff. Then walked into the amazing village for a pub crawl. We will be back soon. Xxx

Lovely site. Usual high CMC standard - grounds well maintained, clean modern shower facilities. Staff helpful & friendly. 10 min walk into Castleton. 2 small dog walk areas on site. Pizza van on Wednesday which was delicious. TV signal was pretty good and had 5G signal entire trip. Tip, main road is noisy so try to pitch further into the site.

Excellent site , 10 min walk into castleton. Wardens great as you would expect on any club site. Site well maintained. Great walks all around. Nice just to park up and not have to use the car.

Been coming here for years, excellent location with great facilities. Amazing walks & mountain bike rides straight from the site. Castleton village only a 5 min walk where you can find 7 pubs all close together with some great eating & drinking.

One of my favourite CMC sites due to its proximity to lovely walks, testing hikes up Mam Tor and a lovely village with plenty of shops to browse and closet pubs serving food. The site is a comparatively small CMC site, but has all the amenities you need including laundry room, toilets, showers, black and grey waste, fresh water, games room and a dog wash. Lovely friendly staff always makes it a pleasure to return regularly.

Ideaky situated for all the great peak walks. Mam Tor, Cave Dale etc. within walking distance. Stayed here 2 weeks and never got bored. 10 min walk into Castleton, 6 pubs. 😁🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🐾👌

We were genuine late arrivals and they were amazingly understanding. The grounds were really well kept and the amenities were spotless! Set on the edge of the charming village of Castleton, there’s lots to see and do. We got lost and managed to find our way down Winnats Pass, which is stunning! Definitely worth the trip!!!
